Alternatives to the slider
The slider used to dynamically rate the videos in TubeGraph is just the
option that we chose. In fact, we have already mentioned other ways by
which users could dynamically rate the videos (e.g., using numbers in
the keyboard).
Our friend Rau1 suggested an alternative idea (and with a slight delay, we show it here:-). He proposed
to create the rating by observing the mouse speed, or even depending on
the number of keyboard strokes per second. This way, users could just
move the mouse when they liked that part, or leave it when not.
He even created a mouse-speed-detection-prototype. Maybe we shoud enable those alternative rating systems in some kind of "TubeGraph Labs". What do you think? Any more ideas? Let us know! :-)
